Who We Are

The mission of the Fourth Man Foundation (FMF) is to empower and to develop immigrant and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities through education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable programming. FMF seeks to identify and assist African Americans and new African immigrants, and other racial/ethnic minorities with becoming well-adjusted and fully contributing members of the United States workforce through financial literacy, community outreach, and entrepreneurship. FMF was established in January of 2001 as an international faith-based organization, primarily focused on creating awareness and providing ongoing mentoring in the areas of education, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
